SPHEROID UNIVERSE SPACE: YOU NEED A PURCHASE STRATEGY.

One of these strategies relates to the nature of real estate as investment. In investment, you may actually begin to lose money from your point of purchase if you miss one of two important considerations – time and price. You have to buy at a time when the value of the land (space) has a higher probability of going up than otherwise. You also have to buy at a price that is so appropriate that finding a buyer in the future at a price that will be profitable to you is more likely than not.
Another important aspect of real estate assessment is location. The nearer a piece of land is to the hotspots of demand for its intended use , the higher the value it has and, I consequence, the price you can reasonably pay for it, Of course, same goes for the price you can reasonably expect to have for it at the point of disposal.

The latter factor has been well reflected in the pricing policy adopted by the promoters. That is why a spheroid space in the capital of some countries is being offered for 50SPH whereas the same dimension of space in the remotest corners of some other country is going for much more, the average price in some continents is much less than the average price for the same space dimension in some other countries etc.  Spaces in Trafalgar Square for example are 2000 SPH, space in the Museum of African History, Washington DC, USA 8,000 SPH. So, what strategies do I recommend?

It is in this manner, for example that I have come to know of Disneyland facilities in various parts of the world that come much cheaper that the home Disneyland in USA.

 The price of these spaces is fixed so you really do not have a say in the matter. You either buy or leave it. However, when you encounter a space with desirable features, you can search for spaces that have the potential for attaining these features in the future as was the case when. Upon finding Disneylad, USA unattainable, I went for Disneyland, Hong Kong.

As for the time to purchase, I do not think that any time will ever be better than NOW. It is a case of catching a rising star. Once any investment item hits the market, the price can either go up or down, Spheroid Universe space however has one important feature which makes it hardly likely that it will ever go down in price from its initial offer price – it is finite in supply.

BLOCKCHAIN+VIRTUAL REALITY = SPHEROIDUNIVERSE


Radio and television signals do not just appear in our homes. They are loaded unto and transmitted over waves by the broadcast organizations. Each station has defined waves over which it is allowed to transmit, otherwise known as channels. In virtually every country, there is a central body that gives permit to intending broadcasters to use these very precisely defined channels.

Now imagine that, rather than keeping these channels in its custody and doling them out to intending users as the need arises, the regulatory body decides to sell all the channels the country owns.
