LABORCRYPTO MOVES THE FREELANCE ECONOMY TO THE NEXT LEVEL

The future of work is for more people to opt against fixed hours jobs in favour of working only when they want, where they want and for the number of hours they want or is convenient for them. It is called the freelance economy.

In places like North America which are leaders in this trend, 35% of the work force is already operating in this mode and, globally, the mode is reckoned as a $3 trillion dollar market.
This is the economic sector which Laborcrypto is in the process of disrupting.

I say “in the process of disrupting” deliberately. Laborcrypto is not one of those projects that is seeking funds to start a new, untested project. The team behind it had up to now run a project by the name ChoreRelief, doing essentially the same thing. We are talking here not even of a breakaway group but of the same team moving its project to a new level that is compliant with the latest technology.

This same team ran ChoreRelief and built a clientele of 10,000 North American clients with that number growing 30% monthly , all that in just a few months. These discerning North American clients did not flock to the team and its project for nothing. They did so because ChoreRelief
created value for the consumer by allowing them to name their budget, control their time, eliminate the noise and wasted communications and reduce the transaction to a quick, painless, and affordable solution.

The clients were quite satisfied too and it is rather the considerate and visionary owners of the ChorRelief project that  is  ,on its own , seeking to move ahead, having seen that the emergent Blockchain technology  can add a fundamental plus to the values delivered by ChoreRelief.
Such a visionary and humane leadership can only bring forth a winning proposition. They expressly seek to create a system in which all participants are so equitably incentivized and rewarded that even the user see the project as his own, invites others to join it and generally works towards its improvement.

The remarkable features of this proposition are as follows :

1.       The promoters have settled for a 3%commission which is almost a zero commission, given the fact that the users would have paid about this amount on payment processing alone if he used other freelance work options. The previous middleman fee is totally eliminated.
2.       The freelancer receives and keeps 100% of his fee. With the use of cryptocurrency, he also gets paid instantly as against waiting days or weeks.
3.       The use of cryptocurrency also opens the benefits previously delivered by ChoreRelief to the unbanked .
4.       The freelancer is enabled to hire other freelancers when he is working on a large service offering.
5.       They plan to share the Platform Transaction Revenue with the user on a quarterly basis I,e 50% of the Platform Fee Revenue and 50% of the Platform Advertisement Revenue.
6.       They plan to partner with other freelance platforms to extend the use of the token.
7.       The promoters are firm that only those who actively use the platform will earn from the revenue share , which they state in three different places in the whitepaper, emphasizing that “ utility token holders will not be able to earn based on the work of others” pp. 6, 22 and 26.
8.       Finally, there is a beautiful and clearly workable provision for dispute resolution.

This wonderful team knows its onions. It has done it before in the ChoreRelief project with clear, measurable and demonstrable indices. The singular reason why they are moving unto the Laborcrypto project is to solve the issues which the ChoreRelief project could not solve and which the Blockchain technology is an answer to. The above listed provisions show that they have made maximal use of the opportunity, including opening up the project worldwide.

FRAGMENT NETWORK : A COIN TO POWER A NEW WORLD.

I write this piece essentially from the perspective of an investor. In that capacity, I have read quite a number of whitepapers  previously. Also, before the advent of cryptocurrency, I had a working knowledge of shares and the world of prospectuses.

There is no doubt in my mind that the fragment platform marks the dawn of a new era and every discerning investor should get a foothold in it,

1. This coin is intervening in a relatively new field and a very important one = the field of micro-task applications
2. It solves a real problem in its chosen area of intervention- it helps all the three major actors in this fields viz- aggregators,  requesters and developers to reduce the time they spend doing their bit and the cost  thereof.
3. It is open source which gives me the assurance that the platform will find favour with all three categories of persons involved in the micro-task medium. This focus will allow the use of the platform's services in remote ends of the world as well as allow users in the developed
world to work just about anywhere and at any time e.g. while commuting.

Of course, one does not invest only in his area of competence . Thus , this is not a coin for only the three categories of users on the platform. I unreservedly recommend it for all discerning investors as, given the factors outlined above, this is  a coin whose price will surely get a push from the demand generated by the users.

The claim  that Fragments is set to provide to micro-task apps, what Ethereum provides to blockchain apps { an easily accessible and extensible framework and infrastructure} is by no means an exaggeration.Significantly, the platform itself is not only  built on the ethereum blockchain but is the first open source platform  designed expressly to encourage developers to extend it through offer of incentive.  The extention possible is extensive , being possible not only with respect to the user apps but also with the requesters' needs.

One thing that excites me no end with this platform is that the developers plan to build the platform's first use case .  To show that the Fragments platform can be a viable and attractive solution for today's microtask-related problems, the Fragments team will develop the rst micro-task app on the Fragments platform
Well, depending on when you get to read this piece, you might just be able to get yourself a piece of the cake at zero cost.

Postscript:

Just a quick one for those who like me may not have had much previous knowledge of microtasks !

A gems.org blog explains thus : Micro tasks are small, simple tasks that require human judgment and can be completed independently over the Internet. A series of repetitive micro tasks often times compose a larger unified project. An example of a micro task could be identifying road signs in pictures, which might be necessary for a project improving self driving cars.

Also  some clarification of terms:

Requesters are the organisations that  require micro tasks to be done
Annotators are the human beings who get those tasks done and
Developers are those software specialists who provide the applications with which the annotators execute the jobs defined by the requesters,
